Summary

When generating a backup from Jira Cloud. The modified date of the entities.xml and activeobjects.xml shows a wrong modified date instead of the actual modified date:

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a backup of a Cloud instance (no need of attachments)
2. Unzip the file and check the modified date of the *.XML files

Expected Results

The modified date should be correct
