Current Behaviour

In many places, long (actually, medium) length titles are truncated and there is not "mouse hover" text to see the full content of these truncated names. One example in the new look and feel is the name of the current project, and the names of projects in the recent-projects picker. Another example is when trying to select the filter for a board.

It would expand if you drag the sidebar's line but it will spring straight back to the same spot.

Requested Behaviour

User should be able to mouse over to the title to see the full title or allow customization to allow sidebar to show its full title.
