Summary

Some email clients like Outlook 2016 is showing raw HTML contents of JIRA notifications. In some cases, the preview also have its white spaces strip causing the preheader to look compressed. Instead of "User X have commented ..." it becomes "UserXhavecommented...". In other cases, HTML links also shows as plain text.

Although each email client handles email preview/preheaders differently, it will be good if JIRA notifications preheaders are coded to be able to handle Outlook clients.
