Summary
If the Cloud instance uses JIRA Service Desk, JIRA comment notification should also mention if the comment is a public or an internal comment. This will prevent agents from accidentally replying and revealing information that might otherwise be left private.
This can also apply to comments that are only shared to specific group of users. If the issue comment is only shared to the administrators group then it should be mentioned in the notification as well so that users who receive and read the notification will be more discreet with their replies.
