Force English regardless of what users Preferences

      The setting "Default language" is set to"English (United States)". If a user has the setting "Language" set to "Automatically detect browser setting" in its profile, this takes precedence and changes the language to whatever language the browser is installed with.

      We would like to override users preferences.
