Previous to the "New JIRA Experience" Quick Filters were aligned to the top of a board and quickly accessible for standups.

Now the new version displays quick filters as a dropdown which is cumbersome. 

This suggestion is to revert to the previous behavior that doesn't use a dropdown for quick filters or add an option to display the quick filters as a static list or dropdown (perhaps in the quick filters section of board settings?).
