      Problem Definition

      The fields in the new issue detailed view can't be customizable in terms of hiding the fields

      Suggested Solution

      It would be great to give users the option of customizing the fields in the new issue detail view

      Why this is important

      In more scenarios, the user would have many fields, and the user would have to keep scrolling down to have a look at the fields. This is troublesome.
