Issue Description

When we comment an issue in Jira, there is the button 'Share with Customer'.

When the comment is added by a non-agent, Jira only allows this user to comment internally, but still shows the Button to share with customer.

When you try to share, does not show any error message.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a comment as a customer.
2. Try to share the comment (as an agent)

Expected Result:

Give an error message informing that this comment could not be shared or the button must be disabled.

Actual Result:

No error message is shown and the button is available.

Suggested Solution:

Show an error message or disable the button for non-agents comment.
