Summary

Currently, the limit for bulk operation is 1,000 issues. When a user tries to perform bulk update of 1,000 issues, the bulk operation will hit into timeout and fails.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Search for more than 1,000 issues.
2. Bulk edit 1,000 issues

Expected Results

• The bulk operation should complete successfully.

Actual Results

• The bulk operation will fail with timeout error

Workaround

• Perform the bulk operation in a smaller batch, ~500 to ~700 issues have a high chance of succeeding.
