Summary
Whenever customer configure "Add a comment before a specified marker or separator in the email body" on email handler, the CC assignee option does not work
Steps to reproduce
- Create email handler for "Add a comment before a specified marker or separator in the email body"
- Create issue
- Comment on issue
- Reply the comment via email and cc a user
Expected Result
CCed user should be assignee
Actual results
Nothing happens
