Description
Summary
When trying to edit a filter details, the user can't edit filter details.
Steps to reproduce
1. Navigate to All filters page (filters view)
2. Click in ... for the filter you want to edit
Expected Results
A pop up will appear to edit the filter details.
Actual Results
A spinning wheel appears forever and the below exception is thrown in the console of the browser:

Workaround
- Press 'ESC' when the spinning icon appears and try again
- If it is possible, temporarily disable the new UI
