Ability to comment internally in JIRA Mobile.

      Currently there is no way to comment internally in JIRA Mobile, As it is now when end users scroll through a ticket to the comment field and begin typing, it goes in as "to the customer".

      The functionality to comment internally via the mobile app is requested.
