Summary

When a comment is added such as 'test 123' and then deleting the comment 'test 123', the system would state that the user who deleted the comment has made changes to it. This should be changed to the comment has been deleted.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to any issue and make a comment
2. From there delete that particular comment
3. You would then have to go to the History tab and you would see the changes you have made to the comment

Expected Results

The result would show you that you have deleted the comment

Actual Result

It would show the user that "Tom made changes" to the comment
