As an administrator I'd like the ability to have a Staging environment and sync it easily with my production site

Users want the ability to have dev and staging environments that they can use for testing and be able to push changes from each other

Have dev/staging environments that can push changes between each other

Why this is important

Easily test changes on a dev environment to make sure everything functions properly before making the same changes on production instances

Workaround

Set up a new JIRA trial instance and export/import backups from one instance to another for testing
