      Summary

      In IE 11 when viewing issues from a project, the entire screen grey's out rendering it inoperable. This is only happening on a few instances, in both new JIRA experience and older UI.

      Environment

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Login to instance using IE 11
      2. Click on any project from the project menu
      3. Click view issues.

      Expected Results

      Ability to click on issues, and scroll through issues shown.

      Actual Results

      Screen is greyed out and user is unable to perform any operations.

      Workaround

      User another browser such as Chrome or Firefox.
