      As a user I would like the ability for certain fields to show on the view issue screen when they are empty/null for quick visibility.  A possible solution would be a configuration flag for “always visible” in the field configuration settings.”

            Yes, it is frustrating that this was changed. Certain critical fields are always going to be empty by default because requestors do not have the permissions to edit them (by design). For example - Sprint. It's annoying that I now have to look for the always empty field I always have to edit every single time I look at a new issue.
