When a user that is not a Jira Administrator but has the Administer Project project makes a simple change on the Project Details page in the project's settings, the Project Category is removed inadvertently.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create/Access a project that has a Category set
   
2. With an user with the Administer Project (but not a Jira Administrator), click on Save Details in the Project Details page
3. The project category will be removed automatically
   

Expected Results

• The project category is not affected

Actual Results

• The project category is removed

Workaround

• Ask an user with the Jira Administrator permission to make the change
