      Summary

      Editing/Changing a custom field's description will not get updated in the create/view/edit screen.

      Steps to Replicate

      1. Create a custom field with description
      2. Edit the description
      3. Create/edit issue with this custom field, the description is not updated.

      Expected Result

      The description of the field should be updated
