      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Turn on the New Jira Experience
      2. Use the shortcut C to create an issue

      Expected Results

      Create issue window pops up

      Actual Results

      Nothing happens

      Workaround

      Switch back to the old UI from Profile > Turn off for now
