Confluence Application navigator missing for New Interface

      Summary

      In JIRA new interface, after subscribing to Confluence, the application navigator doesn't create a link for Confluence and only notify to try to subscribe, even if the user already has a Confluence license.

      Jira e7618fc4

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Subscribe to Confluence on a JIRA Cloud instance
      2. From JIRA open the application navigator and try to access Confluence

      Expected Results

      A Confluence application link will be ready to be used and access confluence

      Actual Results

      A link to subscribe to Confluence is displayed

      Workaround

      Create a new application navigator link or revert to classic interface
