Summary

As documented in Sharing a filter there should be a possibility to share the filter using:

Tip: You can also share your filter by running it, then clicking Details > Edit Permissions.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Issue Navigator > Use Save as to save your search results as a filter

Expected Results

It is possible to share the filter immediately (clicking Details > Edit Permissions)

Actual Results

There is no possibility to share the filter at this point

Workaround

Go to Search > View all filters > Manage Filters > Find the filter > Click (...) > Edit Filter Details.
