Problem Definition

Currently customers cannot change the color of app icons on the sidebar, they're white by default.

This makes so app icons are hard to see if there is not enough contrast with the sidebar color.

Suggested Solution

Allow customers to customize the color of app icons on the Jira Look and feel settings just as they can select sidebar, text and default icon's colors.
