The hint of the submit button on the create issue screen is incorrect. It it showing:

Press undefined+ s to submit this form

Suggested Solution

The phrase should match the Modifier key of the browser:
Press Ctrl+ s to submit this form
Or, at least, be generic:
Press Modifier Key+ s to submit this form

But it is not undefined...
