Problem Description

Currently, in JIRA issue view, it is not possible to hide the tabs at the bottom such as Comments, Work log*, History.

Suggested Resolution

Have an option to hide the tabs at the bottom such as Comments, Work log*, History.

*It is possible to hide the Work log tab by hiding "Time tracking" in the field configuration. See the comment here for more information.
