Summary
Recently, users are having issues related to the access to the Billing Details section. Specifically, the following message is displayed:
"We can't load this page right now"
Steps to Reproduce
It's unclear what's causing the issue, but, it's confirmed to be browser related. For the affected users/instances, the following steps can be followed:
- Be sure to be part of the site-admins group, so the Site Administration content can be accessed
- Click on the Application Navigator > Site Administration
- Click on Billing on the sidebar and select any of the options (e.g. Payment Details)
Expected Results
The content of the Payment Details should be loaded
Actual Results
No content is loaded. Only the "We can't load this page right now" information is displayed.
Workaround
From the affected users, either accessing the browser through incognito mode or making sure to clear all the cache/cookies tied to the Atlassian products.
