Customers cannot login in to iOS via SAML provider OKTA

      Summary

      When trying to log in via the latest version of Jira cloud mobile for iOS and having SAML log in integrated with Okta, customers are being redirected to Okta as expected. After entering the username and password, an error is displayed and users cannot log in.

       

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Access your Jira mobile iOS app
      2. Enter your email address to log in
      3. You are redirected to OKTA where you enter your OKTA credentials
      4. An error message is displayed and no log in is possible

      Expected Results

      Users can log in as normal

      Actual Results 

      The below error is thrown:

      The issue is not reproducible on Android.
