Ability To Hide Add-on users from dropdown list.

      Problem Definition

      Currently, add-on users show up as regular users in the dropdown list when mentioning in a comment, for instance.

      Suggested Solution

      Allow the option to hide these users or make them hidden by default.

      Why this is important

      Less confusing UI for customers as they could mistakenly select one of these users.

      No workaround.
