Problem Definition

• Jira Cloud doesn't allow admins to customize the Jira issue view page
• Additionally, it would be beneficial to have an option allowing us to relocate third-party apps according to our preferences and designated placement areas. For instance, the flexibility to move a third-party app to the top of the issue view in the right side pane would be highly appreciated.

Suggested Solution

• Allow admins to customize how a Jira issue is displayed e.g. allow admins to swap positions of "Share with customer" and "Comment internally" or move the comment box to the top of the screen

• Allows greater flexibility regarding how Jira issues are displayed
