Creating this feature for a vendor. I'm not sure if I should put it here or in DAC, please advise.

Problem

It is very time consuming to hand-craft access to Jira Cloud REST API.

The provided API description is UI: https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest

I want to generate a client automatically against a Swagger document.

For example I could use AutoRest to generate a client in C#, NodeJS, Python, Java, Ruby or Go: https://github.com/Azure/autorest.

Please could you publish Swagger document in JSON or YAML that describes Jira Cloud REST API?
