Custom Field - Text Field (Multi-Line) - Fill the Screen

      Customer wants that the  Custom Field: Text Field, configured in Multi-Line, to fill the screen, like the Description field does.

            I recently raised an issue about this (JST-385124) and Gabriel Senna helpfully led me to this ticket.

            Before the "JIRA Upgrade" the field filled the screen, like the description does.
            After the upgrade the field is now squished into a column, after the page has finished loading, which makes for difficult reading when there is a large amount of text.

            We would also like this to be changed so that it uses the width of the page.

            I have attached squashed_ac.gif and squashed_ac.png for a visual example.
