Summary

Date Picker Custom Field with 'Current date will be used' as default value automatically fills a wrong date: 30/Dec/00

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a 'Date Picker' custom field
2. Set 'Current date will be used' as default value
3. Add the field to a create/edit issue screen
4. Edit/Create an issue

Expected Results

The default value will be set according to the user date

Actual Results

The default value is set to 30/Dec/00

Workaround

The issue doesn't occur with 'Date Time Picker' custom fields.
