More fields for Create Linked Issue function

Currently, Create Linked Issue function has a static screen and more fields cannot be added to the screen.

Suggested Solution

Allow more fields to be added to the Create Linked Issue screen.

Why this is important

Allow reporters to select required fields other than creating then updating again.
