Steps to Reproduce

1. Make sure your user has Jira Software access and is a Jira admin
2. Create a project and grant your user full access to it
3. Create a new project with shared configuration using as reference for the shared configurations the project that you have just created

Expected Results

You should be able to create the new project with shared configuration without any warnings

Actual Results

When trying to create the project with a shared configuration, in the submit screen the following warning message is displayed telling that the user needs to have the right access to the application but the user already has the access:

Uh-oh. You can create this project, but it won't be fully functional until you have the right access for this application. Update your access now or contact your site administrator.

The project will be created and will be fully functional but the message may cause confusion.

Notes

This is not reproducible on Jira using the new interface (ADG3).

Workaround

Using the new interface (ADG3) prevent the message from appearing.
