Summary

When trying to paste the screenshot in the description field or in a comment on an issue using the new UI, the attachment dialog box appears but the upload button seems not to be there.

Actually, the button is there, but you can't scroll down the box and the Upload button keeps hidden.

Environment

Browser: Chrome Version 61.0.3163.100

Steps to Reproduce

• Access the instance using Chrome in Page zoom 100%.
• Create a test issue.
• Take a screenshot and try to paste it in the Description field.
• A dialog box will appear but the upload button will be hidden.
• If you change the page zoom to 90% or maximize the browser, the box shows up complete, including the upload button.
• Tried to replicate the problem in Firefox and Safari and could see the Upload button normally (in zoom 100%).

Expected Results

The Upload button should appear in the dialog box using page zoom 100% in Chrome.

Actual Results

The Upload button seems to be hidden at the end of the screen.

Workaround

Change the page zoom to 90% in Chrome.
