Problem Definition
When a user logs in to the instance, there is a Contact Support option at the bottom if the user wants to make any queries regarding any issues with logging into the instance, this link will bring the user to the https://support.atlassian.com website to create a ticket, user wants to customize that URL to include the user's own help-desk to gather the information which is bring reported regarding the login page.
Suggested Solution
Allow user to edit the URL for Contact Support with a custom URL which redirects to the user's own internal support.

Why this is important
With the ability customize the URL, user has the ability to redirect the users to the internal support to categorize and understand the issue and if multiple users record the same login issue, the user on the behalf of others can investigate this issue or create a ticket to Atlassian Support, thus there won't be multiple ticket created on the same issue.
