Deleted projects still appearing under 'Recent' in App Switcher

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a project
2. View some pages on it
3. Delete the project
4. Go to App Switcher

Expected Results

Under 'Recent', only recently accessed and existing projects should appear.

Actual Results

Under 'Recent', recently accessed but no longer existing projects still appear.

Notes

• If you click the deleted project, a message will appear: "This project isn't available"
