Summary

When you edit the link name of "Cloners", the default clone link, if you try to clone an issue you'll get an error informing that a link to the original issue won't be created.

If editing the original link breaks the link creation while cloning an issue, it shouldn't be possible to edit the original config.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Cog > Issues > Issue linking
2. Click on Edit near to Cloners and change it to Clone (for example)
3. Click on Save
4. Try to clone any issue

Expected Results

A clone should be created with a link to the original issue

Actual Results

A clone is created but there is a message informing that the link to the original issue won't be created.

The clone link type "Cloners" does not exist. A link to the original issue will not be created.
