Make issue view screen full screen in new UI

      Problem Definition

      Currently, issue view screen has empty space because the issue screen is limited to the middle of the screen. Below is the screenshot :-

      Suggested Solution

      Make the issue view full-screen

      Why this is important

      Some user using a big monitor, but the issue screen didn't utilize the space.
