Summary

When a non admin user (but project administrator role) user edit the description or add an avatar and save it, the value defined on the Project Category changes to None.

Environment

Cloud - Jira 44753d77

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Project Category
2. Create a projectA with category
3. Assign userA as Project Admin in projectA
4. Login as userA and update URL for projectA

Expected Results

The project category value will not change and the edited description will be saved.

Actual Results

Project Category is cleared (None) causing missing data and the edited description will be saved.
