Environment
JIRA Cloud (new Jira experience)
Steps to Reproduce

- Go to 'Manage Filters' and search for the filter name Foo - Bar. Search result returns the filter as expected.
- Go to any dashboard in edit mode.
- Add 'Two Dimensional Filter Statistics' gadget
- In the gadget config, search for Foo - Bar, it will return No Matches.
- Click on 'Advanced Search' option so that it will open 'Filter Picker' window.
- Search for the filter name Foo - Bar.
Notes:
No search results found when tried to search for the filter name from any agile board settings page when tried to update the board Saved Filter.
Expected Results
Search should return the filter.
Actual Results
Search returns 'Your search criteria did not match any filters'.
Workaround
- Rename the filter by removing '-' (hyphen).
- Add 'Foo - Bar' to favorite filters. Refer: Adding a filter as a favorite.
- Select the filter from 'Favorites' tab in the 'Filter Picker' window.
- If you are trying to update the board filter from board settings page under Saved filter, search only for the filter name until '-' (i.e., 'Foo -') and select the filter from the dropdown
