On IE Baloon floats on screen after clicking issue

      Summary

      On IE when clicking on an issue from a list of issues. The floating balloon does not go away on the next screen.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Use IE.
      2. Go to the issue list like in the screenshot below and click any issue

       

      Expected Results

      Issue details appear on the screen.

      Actual Results

      Issue details appear on the screen with a floating balloon.
