Summary
When someone edits a Jira issue in a new tab, they are no longer able to upload files. Uploading files without opening a new tab will work as expected.
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to a Jira issue
- Right-click the "Edit" button and select, "Open Link in New Tab"(or similar)
- Try to attach a file by dragging and dropping or via a file browser
Expected Results
- File uploaded to issue edit screen
Actual Results
- "An internal error has occurred. Please contact your administrator."
- Jira application logs show 400 error when trying to upload a file via a new tab:
400 26827 0.024 POST /rest/internal/2/AttachTemporaryFile?filename=TEST_FILE.jpg&size=24288&atl_token=....
