Unable to track time when creating issues on JIRA mobile

Environment

• iOS 11.0.3

Steps to Reproduce

1. Make sure 'Time Tracking' field is showing on project's 'Create Issue' screen
2. Create a new issue in JIRA using Mobile App
3. On issue create screen, select 'Time Tracking'

Expected Results

Log work window pops up allowing you to log time for tracking

Actual Results

Nothing happens

Notes

If you edit an issue and click 'Time Tracking' field, it'll work properly.
This seems to only affect time tracking on 'Create Issue' screens

Workaround

Create issue first with no time tracking
Edit issue afterwards and add time tracking

• This is not a viable workaround if 'Time Tracking' field is required
