Duration Custom Field Type

Problem Definition

In Jira Cloud, in order to calculate durations, we are asking our users to use a text field. It is hard to validate the values before the user saves.

Suggested Solution

Create a new field type Duration that displays time duration like the Jira time tracking field format.
