Environment

• Jira Cloud instance
• Using new ADG3 interface
• Use Firefox 55 or 56

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Jira Cloud instance
2. Navigate to a project
3. minimize the side bar
   

Expected Results

left navigation menu displays without scrollbars

Actual Results

Left navigation menu has a horizontal scrollbar for some reason

Notes

• not able to replicate in Chrome
• Looks worse in Edge, which also has an additional vertical scrollbar
