0x00 import errors again

      We're seeing invalid byte sequence for encoding "UTF8": 0x00 errors during import again.

      Workaround

      Running the following command over the entities.xml file from the backup and re-archiving it results in being able to import the data in JIRA: 

      perl -pi -e 's/\x00//g' entities.xml
