      Animated GIFs rendered in thumbnail are still playing.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a Test Issue
      2. Attach a GIF
      3. Add a comment rendering the gif as 
        !abc.gif|thumbnail!

      Expected Results

      Play the GIFs only when clicking the image.

      Actual Results

      The GIF is still playing as reproduced in the video below:
