Summary

Some searches in some instances using labels may be very inefficient. In some instances, we can see:

labels not in (<list of labels>) OR labels in (<list of labels>)

This may not be inefficient in all instances or for all labels, though, that depends on the search JIRA will need to make.

If it is inefficient, it may simply break the board related to it.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create inefficient search
2. Add as a filter to board

Expected Results

Both search and board respond fast.

Actual Results

Search and board are very slow, and sometimes fail to load with errors

When possible, do different searches, without labels.
