Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Project Settings > Workflow
2. Click on transition from status A to B
3. Add a transition screen to ask the user to enter linked issues
4. Add a validator > Fields Required and enter linked issues
5. Transition the issue from status A to B
6. In the transition screen, enter linked issues

Expected Results

The issue can be transitioned successfully

Actual Results

There is an error message that states that linked issues is required. It seems that the validator doesn't check for the linked issues that was entered in the transition screen
