Description

When using the Jira Mobile app (IOS or Android) to comment on a Jira issue, the comments now contain a note of "sent from mobile" in the top line of the comment header along with the user account and time of message.

Some users would like to be able to disable this feature.

Suggested resolution:

1. Add a setting within the Jira mobile app that would allow the end user to decide if they want their comments to contain this or not
2. And/Or place a setting within the Jira Cloud system settings to determine if the Cloud site-admin could govern this setting for the entire Cloud site
